Hi guys, anyone have a ladder rack system that they really like. I have a 2017 tacoma with bed rail system. I have been looking at the adjustable height yakima but it is expensive. It's a double cab with 5 foot bed.

    Short bed or long bed?

I used to have a thule xsport in my dodge and absolutely loved it. However, for that one to work you need to mount it away from the wheel well.

I like the yak design better for our trucks. The extra cost is worth the adjustability.

Short bed. How much is the yakima all in with cross bars? About $1000?

I'm seeing 750 for the rack, plus 200 for the optional side bars. So yeah, about 1000 all in.

Same here! Can't find anything that fits securely into the bed rails and can hold my kayaks!
