USPS can be fucked up sometimes. From Palm Coast to Warsaw IL.

I sent a barrel off to be cut by Retro Arms Works on Feb 26th. He received it on the 29th, cut, re threaded it, and mailed it back to me the same day. It didn't get back to me so fast. Wasn't their fault the USPS fucked up. I eventually received it on March 15th.

It took a crazy ass road trip.

I've always heard the opposite, usually proudly stated when vendor-problem threads pop up and members come to their defense. If this is the case, it obviously makes complete sense and my point about community engagement is useless. Either way, I like the idea of community involvement being a factor of vendor status, rather than just paying to play, but my opinions are smelly just as everybody else's so its all good.

Edited to add why I've always been under this impression - mods have always stated it:
Another example, but can't quote bc thread locked:

Oakland Postal Service recently switched over to 2024 Tacomas because of the reliable transmission

Update: no response from vendor led to dispute charge filed with CC company. In meantime order these two days ago and showed up as promised.

shipping can be crazy and USPS messes up. A few months ago I ordered some TRD Decals for my dads 2nd gen TRD OR that was getting repainted due to vandalism. I got it from an eBay seller. Had it shipped to his house across town from me. I had the correct address yet it shipped and made it to the local post office then was never delivered. I called to postal service and they put a trace on it. told me it would be delivered the net day and every day i would say out for delivery then be returned to the post office and out for delivery again the next day.

the seller was very good about and eventually refunded me the $25. in the mean time I had him make me a new set that I paid for in advance of the refund delivered to me. what happened in the end was the postal service returned the original to the seller saying there was no such address yet it was the correct address they live at and get mail at for 20+ years.

    Patience is the key here,

But I have order a few thing from meso and his item are good. I ever have the total tails. they are awesome but the VLED is pretty much the same thing. the bulbs in the Meso kit are VLED if I remember from installing in my SR5.
