    Post office screwed up. It's not Meso's fault. You'll need to sort it out with usps. If you decide to re-order I recommend the basic total tails kit from vleds.

    Like I stated I know USPS screwed up, it would be nice if MESO would also acknowledge that and offer an alternative. That’s where I’m getting at.

    It likely will be denied by the card issuer as Meso fulfilled the terms of the sale agreement. It’s also a dirt bag thing to do when the issue at hand is not in anyway caused by the vendor.

    Until usps acknowledges the package is lost there's nothing Meso or anyone else can do. The last time I did a change of address usps didn't deliver my mail for a month. o_O

    Every shipping company has issues. If you had this issue on UPS, you'd be saying the same thing. Do you expect to be able to pick out of a list of shipping companies that you think will have the least amount of trouble and the vendor goes there for you?
    Shit happens...I've had delayed and lost package on just about every carrier.

    BUT, that being said, if it has really been two weeks since your order has truly shipped, they SHOULD be helping you. At least letting you know that they filed a claim with USPS...

    Even on their website it says contact them after 7 business days for help...sucks they aren't replying.
    "Shipments that have lost tracking will need to be investigated with USPS first before reaching out to us. We will make our best effort to find any lost mail items. Generally items that have not received shipping updates for several days are either truly lost or have issues with the shipping barcode on the label. Many items will be delivered later than expected as they fall back on the address written on the label instead of the barcode scanned by the system. Please allow for an additional 7 business days since the last shipping update before contacting us for help."

    OP- your issue can be remedied by USPS, you just have to call them. The Vendor(regardless of company) has no control of package handling once it is picked up by the carrier…this should be common sense. I know the wait is frustrating, but your angst is misdirected at the vendor and instead should be focused on the carrier. USPS has a horrible history with “handling” and keeping accurate shipping status(which is mind blowing in 2024!), and sadly most other carriers are plagued with similar if not the same issues. With the technology we have in 2024, idk how these companies cannot seem to get a grasp on accurate accounting of packages. Fingers crossed it comes in the next day or 2, my sliders status was “in transit” when they had been delivered at my house for 3 days……just food for thought on the accuracy of their “status updates”

    You're contending that Meso is obligated to either refund you or send you another total tail package through a different shipper. At the same time it appears you have made no effort to contact USPS and ascertain if your package is merely delayed or lost. If it's lost and you get USPS to confirm that, I agree Meso should make it right.

    Seems like you need to chill out and accept that you may have overpaid for 2-day shipping that didn't come to pass. Your package is likely still coming, just a little slower than you'd like.

    And whatever you do - do not ever, ever buy something from a fabricator. Given how you're handling this slight delay we do not need all your threads on how you were deceived on wait times lol.

    I’ll just echo what’s already been said. Call USPS, be cool and collected, give them the package info and tell them it’s just been sitting. On the rare occasion I’ve had this happen, as soon as I call USPS and make a complaint the package magically is “found” and starts moving again.

    Some vendors will work with you if the package is truly lost and you’ve put in the legwork to contact usps/ups/fedex as they can put in a shipping claim with usps and send you a replacement, usually asking if the lost package turns up to ship it back, but I doubt MesoCustoms will go out of their way to do that.

    Like I said you are just RANTING here on TW so stop whining and call USPS and put in a claim. This is not the place to take out your frustrations on the USPS!
