Everyone ITT saying OP should contact USPS, is just flat out wrong.

It's the sellers responsibility to contact USPS, as they are the ones with the contract between USPS to deliver said product.

OP, you either file a chargeback, or wait. Only 2 solutions here. Shit or get off the pot.

Just when I thought the light at the end of the tunnel was starting to appear, I was wrong. My updates started to show some movement within my USPS app. It shows some deliveries were going to be in today, out of nowhere. I, automatically thought MESO is coming through in the clutch… sure enough when everything was delivered, all packages were towards the wife and her endeavors. You guys, be aware. Don’t make the mistake that I’ve made.

 

USPS had some plates I ordered off eBay for 4 weeks give or take, 21st to mid July. They stated “attempted delivery” but I bet they didn’t even attempt since 4 15’s is a 60 lb box. I had to drive 8 miles and wait 20 minutes to pick them up.

It’s been a bit rough with USPS lately. But they are cheap for small stuff and often very smooth.

There just isn’t much rhyme or reason when things hit a snag. I suspect it’s often a broken truck sitting around waiting for a part to repair it.

I ordered something back in May from a company and the week it was expected to arrive I had a death in the family and completely forgot I had ordered it. A month later I was going through some old emails and saw my order and looked at the tracking and said awaiting processing at next facility. I waited a few days more and it didn’t move. Went to USPS with tracking information and they said they would look into it and call me back. 30 min later they called and said the item wasn’t at that sorting facility like it said and was presumed lost. He then stated I should contact the place I purchased item from and tell them the package was lost and get a refund and they would issue a claim with USPS.
