Good to see more industry family here. There are several of us lurking around.

Beautiful truck man; I showed my wife and she responded, "holy s***".

Hopefully I'll see you around town.

Beautiful build. If your truck randomly turns into a 17 MGM DBCB OR overnight, It wasn't me... Are you planning on keeping the rear track width as is or are you going to widen it with a longer axle to be closer to the front?

How do you like the Method beadlocks for everyday use?

They are nice I can't complain. I just give them a quick check while filling up to make sure nothing came loose, due to the vibration from the aggressive thread on tires.

Glad to hear it! Most people who don't even have Beadlocks love to just say they're terrible for on road use.

That's probably because someone, somewhere, in some distant galaxy, during a planetary alignment had an incident caused by a faulty beadlock. So, now to that person and every one he/she told they are bad. Honestly most issues come from laziness, ignorance, or just plain stupidity in the owner's part. Like most performance parts they require some mechanical knowledge and maintenance. Some people just choose to not do it and end up suffering for it. And...we all know 99% of those people are the same ones that can't admit fault

Yeah I tried door trim and some other stuff I had guys at work make for me, which slightly resolved the problem, but it look more horrendous than it was useful so I finally said screw it and bit the bullet and got the Rough Country X5 on ebay. I got a 50" curved bar, which fit with the Rago mounts. You'll just have some slight rubbing from the wiper blades, low profile blades fixed the issue for me. Yeah I was scared shitless to drill for my nutserts. It took me a week after I had them already punched to finally drill

The rear has the same stance as the front, except it is accomplished via spacers as opposed to suspension parts. The stance will be changed again by 1 1/4" later when I add spacers to the front to help with some rubbing issues I am having from my tires due to the fact that they have too much of an aggressive thread.

It's not a stock Tacoma, but it is a pretty much stock Raptor. They sit at the same height at the hood.20161103_151907_HDR~2.jpg

Definitely man! It's a small small world.

Thankfully, both of ours are pretty well modded, but there is always room for more. Hell, she's showing me different things she wants more often than I am her. It's a damn good thing that modding our Tacomas has become a family affair!

We worked out a deal with the customer because this was our first kit for the Gen 3 and needed to do the install so we can test the suspension to make sure everything worked toegether before we put the kit into production.

Like JT stated earlier I got a dealI couldn't pass up, but the truck isn't done yet. Thereis still a lot more stuff to go. For example I still have to install the 4.88 gears and the new StopTech big breaks just came in. I just re-greased the CV joints with some amazing grease.

I'm excited to see the brakes I'm wanting to eventually do away with the drum brakes.
