    Hello. My name is Marie, I am a member of TacomaWorld.com
    We are in the process of making a 2010 calendar featuring the site members trucks and girlfriends. (Bikini shots) We have a BBQ/Meet coming up next saturday Aug. 8th at lake Pleasant. I know there will at least 12 members and possibly (at least) 6 other girls. This is you chance to get your name out. The calendars are going to a charitible cause, so we cannot pay you, but we can make sure your name is on every photo you take. That would be a broad number of people seeing your name, especially if it goes well, we will be working on a 2011 calendar as well. We are also looking for make-up and wardrobe artists for this event. Same stipulations apply. Please message me if you would like to be included in this. Thank you -Marie

    what does this mean?
    well, nothing except if some hot ones show, we will have eye candy and possibly needed models for the calendar, so make sure you single guys wash your truck and BRING a girl, we are shooting them all, but keeping the hot ones for submission!

    Thats no problem, like I suggested before. We get a "pool" of pictures and if there are more than 12 we simply do a thread poll/vote on who stays and who goes.

    Well model mayhem and the women on there are far from professional models. If they were, they wouldnt have to use it. I just thought I would try and find some amature models as "filler" in case there weren't enough GF's / Wives to fill all 12 months.
    Naturally all wives and GF's will be considered first:cool:

    I just wanted to have a back-up plan so to speak, since I have only seen 2 real submissions with quality photos so far.

    it doesn't matter to me, i was just asking because i didn't want my girlfriend to get passed up because "models" posed for some pictures. if we do not have enough actual wives/girlfriends with our trucks, then maybe use more than one picture from each submission.

    i just think that would be TW-affiliated than using models as a filler. thats my two pennies though

    The women of TW members will always come first. And remember 2010 is not the last year in history, 2012 is (lol) If there is more women that are willing to submit a photo, then we can start work early on the 2011 calendar. :cool:

    please also keep in mind that this is not my idea, i am just more than willing to help, with a few ideas here and there....in the end its ALL members votes and input that will determine the final result.
