    Big-azz house we had in New Orleans. 'Spensive too. $400k+.
    In the off season, it's a beautiful and quiet area. In season, it's smack in the middle 4 college campuses.

    Couple of the boys sharing an apartment stayed past check out.

    House showing. Buyer almost ready to pull the trigger. Looks out and sees said college boy, door open, lying on sofa, picking his lint. No sale that day...

    Yesterday I removed the bedside decals (TRD 4X4 Sport) and gave The MUTANT TACO a wash followed by a good claying.

    Today's goal: Seal it and then a couple coats of Wax.

    Finally it's time to breakout the Buffer!
