    Lauren, as a getaway that looks like it would really be fun :). I found another article and it seem like Hotel Tacoma is something you maybe need a new Tacoma and a special invitation to but it also seems like something worth looking into :D. For us I have a feeling we are going to be a little bit busy for the next year :rolleyes:.

    When he was a puppy, I did. Now I could bring him, but he is house trained and really a very good dog, since I socialized and trained him.
    He gets 2 walks a day with a visit at lunch. Maybe he trained me lol....

    Just kidding lol. I guess Toyota got in touch with the powers at be here and they sent invites and then Lisa, being the super awesome chick she is, invited me and I brought my dad along too. I'm forever indebted to Lisa :D

    I guess I get a do-over now Baja Roof Rack, SOS Concepts Bed Bars, Tepui RTT,SOS Concepts Streamline, (mostly)Keeping it washed
    Everyone here is all emotional.................we have a little over 2 weeks til school starts............I can see the frowns and scowls in the stores now! We virtual school, so I am lucky to NOT be in that mess..........but, damn :/

    Otherwise, I am ready for some more river time on the September weekends (by then, the traditional school kids are swamped in homework! More freedom for us!)

    @Ice Horse so cool you made it out to Hotel Tacoma, I entered the sweepstakes...but, wishful thinking.. hahaha looks like it was a great time

    Currently working on sanding and painting my rear and front bumpers. Rear should be complete tonight, just have to figure out how I wanna mount the license plate...:rolleyes:

    Thanks! I was so exhausted. The last two nights have been late ones. We're doing on water exercises - nothing crazy but there are a few moving parts so it can get a little intense at times. Hopefully this evening will be an early one but I have a feeling that's not going to happen. I love my job, it's super rewarding and I have to say it's a lot of fun too. But, every job is what you make it. I joined cause I wanted to be a part of something bigger and I am happy I did.

    when Bob first told me about the event there were no details - even fewer than when you found out about it. Seemed sketchy....like Bob had some elaborate plan to kidnap me!
    When he said there was another spot available and asked for names it was a pretty short list - namely who would have a blast there and who wouldn't make a fool of themselves (and TW). Figured you were a safe bet. And it was nice not being the only girl there!
