Lag bolt in tire

    I've patched a lot of tires in the past and I'd have to say that tire is toast. That's a big bolt thrue there which damaged a lot of the steel belts. Be safe and buy a new tire it's not worth the risk of having a sub par patch job blow out on the highway at 70 mph.
