Suspension mounts are different. The A-arms will not mount and the rear end of a 5 lug is SUA. The stock rear end on a 6 lug is SOA. So, no it will not work

Nice truck man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I use to have my truck like that right before I did the spindle lift......I like the stock rims painted black :D.......I'm thinking of keeping them instead of buying some

Wouldn't go this route....Stiffen up your ride and put pressure on your coils!

Mine isn't stiff.. the rear is stiff if anything, but it's a truck.

Mine isn't lifted even 2 inches in the front. Maybe an inch, and my tire wear is fine. Nothing out the ordinary.

How many did you insert into the coils?

If I remember correctly 2 on each spring. They were 1" blocks, I'm pretty sure. Each one was directly opposite of the other.

This is a pic from when I first got the truck, before I put the spacers in.

They definately made a difference.....before I put the spacers and spindles on and it looked like that, I went to get those same spacers installed and the guy told me that they will stiffen your ride and put pressure on the coils that they could potentially brake......so he scared me away lol. I'm glad thats not the case with you

Find spindles for it if you want to lift it. Dont even play with spacers/coils/arms unless your going to go LT and eliminate the Lower BJ bracket. This is the weak point in 5 lug suspension and they DO break (3 times for me to go LT).

Nothing wrong with a 5-lug, I love mine. Loved it when it was slightly lifted and still love it as a full LT truck.

That Stepside would like BITCHIN dropped though, they always do.....

Evolution of my 5 lugger in no real order just ideas on what can be done....

Both my front wheels have left the ground at the same time and came back down fairly hard. (not really on purpose) truck still drives and rides great. Just gotta make sure they're good quality stuff. Or, I might just be lucky.

The potential for breaking is the Lower BJ and BJ Bracket. Eventually somebody will make a machined piece to replace it but for now, they are like 45 bucks and suck.
