Here's some examples of it in snow from my truck. Phone camera doesn't render how "whited out" the low beams are in snow conditions.
The addition of the yellow fogs really help with the lows being on. Yes. They're high power LED with similar color temp to the Morimotos, but I have the lamin-X yellow film on.

This is the 6600k Morimoto HID kit on the lows. Too cool of a color IMO. The stock headlights would probably be ideal here without the aid of the fog lights.

Tried the yellow bulbs, not "warm" enough. LOL. Nothing wrong with the stock halogens when used in snow most likely.

    Low and fog
    Low beams only
    Yellow fog only

How did you get your edged to layout flat? mine pulled back and released from the lens. Did the blow dryer trick and the second time I taped the edged down for two days hoping they will stick. No such luck.

I wet the lens just a bit and just rubbed the film all around so it laid flat. I did have to use a blow dryer just a little around the edges that didn't want to stay down. But it will lay flat around the whole thing. Just gotta mess with it a little.

It's the same as laying tint down, but I did it without water and heat. Just did it on a warm day and removed the trim bezel around the lights for better access. No secrets, just make sure the lens is clean and oil free. Work from the center out and in a circular pattern. I only had one trouble spot and took about a week of chasing it with a squeegee and it finally conformed.

    Looks good!

I had Lamin-X film on my ARB fog lamps and thought it was pretty good compared to the bulb route (had both Nokya and Hella Optilux with the OEM setup).

The OEM bulbs should last considerably longer than yellow bulbs. When I ordered my film I had specified they were for fog lamps and they should have provided me with a thicker film. Whether they actually did I have no way of knowing.

The film is on my to-do list but probably much further down than I want to admit.

I put yellow lamin-x on my fogs last summer. I like the look and light output. Just one little area on each where I just couldn't get it to lay down. If I did it again I'd turn the fogs on to give it some heat.

However after one MN winter I've noticed they've turned hazy, kind of like old headlights. Not sure if I can clean them up when it gets warmer or if they're permanently fubar.
