    Hey all.

I recently bought yellow lamin-x fog light covers. I installed them as the directions indicate. After I finished I brought my truck to the wash and hand washed it pretty good. The covers peeled from this and were pretty much unstuck except for the middle. I turned on my fogs to help dry everything out and re stuck them after about an hour. they look alright but not quite as good as before. Is this normal?? should I avoid washing them? Or did I just not let them set long enough? Let me know what you think.

when you installed them, did you wet the back of it so you could position the film on the foglight? If so, you probably washed it too soon and you could take a blow dryer on medium heat to help the drying process.

I didn't use water on mine and ended up with a couple of creases on the edges. I'm gonna have to remove them or order new ones I think.

yeah, to be honest with you I didn't use water either. I just lined them up and stuck em on. They are a bit tricky you have to start at the center and slowly and evenly work your way out. If you are super meticulous you should end up without bumps. Mine are applied clean, but Im hoping they actually stay on this time.... todays mod(hella 500 mounted behind grillcraft):D Ahhhh yeah.
