My mom in her infinite wisdom has decided she needs a newer SUV.
Currently she is driving a Lexus LX470 but has some friends drooling over the prospect of her trading up and hence buying her car.

She has decided on getting a Land Cruiser for her first choice. Second chioce a Cayenne S.

Are the Land Cruisers just as good as they used to be?
Are they still completely and solely assembled in Japan like years ago?
I know they are legendary in durability. (Japan assembly)

I thought the Lexus LX470 was just a re badged Land Cruiser?

Cayenne S. Oh what a vehicle...that car/wagon whatever it is is awesome.

Hey OU812, I was looking at your photo album to see if I reconized your truck around town, and saw the picture of that pond, where is that? Any bass in it?

I think your right. But she doesn't like the color. She has the new car fever..

My truck has been in the garage, parked. Since I got it back from the body shop after my run in with a mile post sign... long story.. Color me paranoid.

The pond is at south Jo Co by Spring Hill off Ridgeview. Yep there are decent size bass and walleye in their. :D

Land Cruiser is a little roomier than Lexus LX470. Durability is base on how people drive. I would buy Land Cruiser just because it reputatios. I got three brothers and they all got Land Cruiser, They said they loves it.
