    Ok...

Draw a line from Lake Havasu City to just north of Wickenburg over to White River and then the border. I understand that part of the state is on fire...

If I find a good place to build, the place will be made available to the TW folks.

Geez can you even build a "small cabin" anymore? I know in Colorado, those days are gone. So many rules, regs, permits required now, pretty much everywhere. Though the do still allow you to drag in a trailer and dump it on your land LOL. Go figure.

At any rate, check out www.landwatch.com.

Yeah it WAS. F**king campfire. One moron and 450,000+ acres lost. Sorry to hear that nofords08. We lived through the Hayman Fire of 2002, and every day, this hyper-dry season, we wonder if it will happen again. Over 80% of all wildland fires in roaded areas & the wildland urban interface are human caused. One abandoned campfire, one cigarette butt, one guy without a spark arrestor on his ATV or chainsaw, one bullet arcing off metal or the wrong kind of rock (that happened a few years ago up here) and my town could go up too. :(
