Titan Fuel Tanks makes a rugged auxiliary 15 gallon tank that fits on the wheel well. Only drawback is no locking cap, but the tank bolts securely to your bed and side rail.

IMO it’s easier to cut weight and select tires for better MPGs than to get a bigger tank.

Easier? Than a couple a cans of gas sloshing around in the back? Haha I don't think so. I work hard for my money. I just want my sloshing cans to look good (possibly hidden). I was thinking the depth of a roto, but width of the cab and height of the box. That way I could fit it underneath my Bed cover when its fully open, which would somewhat camouflage the fact that a tank is there. With my current tank at 70L, my perfect second tank would probably be about 40L or approx. 10 gallons. I feel like this is reasonable.

I also really like to drive the way I drive and love the peace of mind of heavy sidewalls. I'm not looking for "savings" other than time at the pump.

I meant replace the tank with a bigger one.
