LCA bushing install - How?

    So this is how it got done last night lmao. I’m going to buy a piece of 2.5” ID pipe now to finish the last 1/16” but it actually worked

    The above method didn’t fully seat the bushings. So after cussing everything under the sun I’m finally having the local machine shop make me a 2.55” ID press cup lol.

    Might be cheaper to go to a metal salvage yard. DOM tubing will not have the inside weld seam, but may be pricier. The seam can be ground with a circular grind stone. That's what I did.

    Yeah for sure. My girls dad is top chicken at the local shop so he just hooked it up. I had a piece that was for SS pipe fittings that was already 2.41 so it was literally no big deal.

    Is that 2.5 ID cup size to press in a stock lca bushing in on the larger side?
    I'm currently wrestling with some whitlines.
    At work and seeing if I can snag the correct pipe before I head home!
