What are the pros and cons of both?

Energy Suspension sells polyurethane bushings for $90 shipped for both sides.

Or I can get Moog rubber bushings for about $55.50 from RockAuto.

    Any suggestions?

For stock arms? The harder poly bushings will last longer but transmit more road vibrations. I have delrin bushings (nylatron) from chaosfab in my LT arms, last forever.

OEM rubber bushings are softer so more "mall friendly". Poly bushings are more ridged so give better stability to the part but transmit more road info....as in they ride a bit harsher (and squeak really bad if you don't lube them), but are a more "positive type of mount.

my LCA bushings are shot, makes a ton of noise. Just debating if I should swap them out or wait out til sometime next year when I do the LT up front.
