LCA Frame mount gussets???

Wondering if anybody has come up with a LCA frame mount gusset. Switched to total chaos upper and lower control arms and on the LCA, the forward frame mount “ears” are bending and pinching my LCA. Has anybody gusseted these before? It is torqued properly, but with that LCA alignment bolt as far inward as it is for alignment, it’s causing the metal to bend a lot! It’s gotten to where the sleeve inside the bushing is bending/wearing material off the frame. Around 1/8”-3/16” of material from frame and sleeve have worn themselves off. Replacing sleeve, filling in material worn from “ears” but I’m trying to make this a one shot deal and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Any1 make beefier LCA mounts maybe?

 

So I’ve searched and found these, but no clue about measurements or where they welded them.
