So, I bought and installed an LCE header on my 15 AC 2tr about a year and a half ago, and have put about 40k on it I noticed a leak at the donut gasket a couple weeks ago, so I bought a new one, and when I put it on I noticed that it's like the exhaust doesnt line up right with the header. like they are at different angles, but I put the new one on, and as I expected it didnt last. Maybe 4 days, and its leaking probably worse than the old. Used a fel pro, and the search function, came up with nothing. Anyone have any advice? Nothing has hit the exhaust to bend it or anything, this is a highway truck, and sees very little 2 lane, and the only time it comes off the hard top is to go in my garage for oil changes and tire rotations.

I had one on my 12 since new and had replaced 3 times up until a few months ago when I sold the truck. The last time I replaced it I got the whistle from the exhaust and just left it. It went away after a while, not sure if yours will, but the benefit of the header outweighs the annoying noise lol

It's pretty loud now, not like the normal exhaust peck. If I have to deal with it I can but I much prefer to fix it lol

The OEM donut gasket may just be what you need to throw back in there.
