Ordered up some OME Dakar leafs; Spring bushings(x2); a wheelers uBolt set; longer break line; Exhaust Hanger Relocation Bracket.

Anything else I should expect to cause issue, buy/have on hand to make the install easier (aside from tools, beers, a general lake of disgust at all the rust and additional effort I'll have to put into breaking loose the bolts)?

Seems like most everyone just cuts everything and throws on new shackles and bolts.

Also, shims? Seems to be hit or miss on needing these or not.

A torch or welder to heat the shit out of the bolt through the bushings. On all of mine the sleeve and bolt seized together and were stuck in the bushing. Had to cut the bolt and melt the bushing out with heat.

Def worth it to have an angle grinder or sawzall on hand to cut through the leaf bolts if they're stuck

Just have replacements for all the hardware handy. If the bolts don't immediately break loose just cut them. It's not worth your sanity trying to save it and having your wife see you crying isn't good for your marriage.
