Can someone with a DCSB post a pic of their stock rear suspension? The back end has been bottoming out a lot recently over bumps and I'm convinced mine are broken. They don't resemble a U shape whatsoever and I've only hauled something heavy, 700#ish one time. There should be no reason they're bad already.

I'll try to take a pic tomorrow, but it's dark out already here.

Just do a simple search and you will find that our trucks from the factory are shit. If you have the 3 leaf then they really suck......the TSB pack which has 4 leaves is not much better. I never put anything in mine over 400lbs a few times and they sagged quickly over time. Recently I also was bottoming out a lot..........went to dealer and both sides had broken leaves. They replaced both sides after I had to go back a few times. But all I got was another shitty 3 leaf set....albeit new.

A few places now sell stock height HD leaf packs that might be a better option.....or just go ahead and lift it and get a new pack anyways;)

But ya.....you and everyone else pretty much has the same negative arch on their stock packs.

This is the best that I've got. It's getting ready to snow here so I can't get one right now.
Took this a few weeks ago when I was painting my drums

Axle is sitting on the jack so it has the regular weight of the truck on the suspension.

Thanks guys, mine are definitely trashed. They are worse than in that picture^ and bowed upside down a little. (Can't see if they are cracked or not) The rake in my truck is gone and it looks like I have a leveling kit. The real problem is I have the truck in the UK and don't know if the dealership here will cover the TSB since it isn't in the US. I know my 'ToyotaCare' isn't covered and only works in the US as I've tried using that for oil change/mx.

My 3yr/36k mile warranty runs out in 2 months so I need to act fast. Even if they gave me another 3 pack I'm planning on getting OME setup and tires when I get back to states in the fall but don't want to ruin anything else in the meantime.

Edit: Yeah I knew they were shit but didn't expect them to fail this fast.. sigh.

I feel ya man.....I had two broken leaves(one on each side). The dealer replaced them(after 3 visits.....ugh) with 3 leaf packs again and after 2k they are almost negative arch with no load lol.....its pathetic really. My Dakar pack and 885x with billies are goin on today. Even with the potential vibes and whatnot with lifts I can t wait for a suspension that wont bottom out on normal bumps in the road.
