    ...too much shit to list.
I'm not sure how many ways I can say this. Let me be blunt. DO NOT MOVE THE FUCKING SHACKLE. That's not the problem unless you cut and moved those too...which you said you didn't.
Fix the front spring perch location and this time use a tape measure.

Dude, you welded the front spring mount in the wrong spot. Just redo that.

Did you move the other side? If not make the drivers side match the passenger side.

Okay. Now we are getting somewhere.

    1. Remove both front spring hangers from frame.

    2. Hard part here. Since you do not know where the exact stock location is you will have to base one of them off of shackle angle. After you tack one of the front spring hangers in place, you need to put the other one IN THE EXACT SAME POSITION. (not like you currently have where they both mismatch) You want the shackle angle to be about 55-60 degrees stock on flat ground (Your pictures show the driver side is about 0-5 degrees and passenger looks about 35 degrees). I will attach a pic of my truck to help you here.

ALSO: make sure to center the axle sideways (not too far driver side, or too far passenger side.)

Hope that makes sense and take pictures as you work to make sure you aren't messing it up again.

so my frame is bent. passengers side has always sagged compared to drivers side. i believe this has to do with old bed and the fact that it was rusted out and flopped around on frame...especially right rear.
