Do these bolts fit 01-04 Tacomas? I checked compatibility at few dealer sites and it recommended a $16 bolt (47936-35040), but the picture doesn’t look like what I need.

    Yikes, old revival! :)

Those part numbers should work just fine for an 01-04, there's no change in that part between 95.5-04.

I spent close to an hour attempting to remove the bolt from passenger side leaf front frame point. The bolt spun freely but the flange of the bolt would not separate from the frame enough to use a pry bar despite attempt with multiple chisels, the thread side couldn't be hit with a hammer due to the exhaust being in the way, and attempts to coerce it out with angry words were to no avail. I chose to cut it.

I brought it the bolt from the shackle end to NAPA was told I needed a 14MMx1.5.110mm that they didn't have. Went to ace settled on a 14mmx1.5x100mm(10.9) with a nylon locking nut.

Got back home went to install bolt threaded section went in fine but as soon as the smooth shaft met frame it stopped like don't hit me any harder or you'll bend the mount stop. After measuring shaft with caliper original bolt measured just under 12mm and new bolt measured just under 12mm as well. The threads on the original bolt did appear slightly larger than the shaft.

I went back to ace purchased a 12mmx1.25.110mm(10.9). Currently that is what is holding the front of the leaf pack to the frame. Any insight as too what caused original bolt to stick or if I have made a grave error by replacing what I was told is (and was confirmed here previously as) a 14mm bolt that didn't fit with a 12mm bolt that did fit would be greatly appreciated.
