    About to replace my third ( 2 left side) now 1st right side. Not off roading & not a " work truck " . Why ,& how is this possible. I Love this truck but I'm thinking about another lawsuit, like the frame case.

    Aftermarket springs will cost less than a lawyer and take less time.

    They sent out leaf springs recalls like 2 years ago. If you didn’t get the recall service done then its on you. A lawsuit would fail, especially if there was no injury from spring failure. You will not get anything more from the courts than has already been offered for years. A new spring pack.
