Leaf spring for towing + RTT

I have a 2020 TRD OR that needs a suspension upgrade. Right now it sits level with the RTT on the back, but my boat drops the rear a lot.

75% of the year I have the RTT on (Spring to Fall)
40% of the year i'm towing my boat 1 mile to the ramp.
5% of the year i'm towing the boat long distance

I want to put Bilstein 5100's all round and find a leaf spring that won't sag too much with RTT, gear, and boat. I think during the winter, when the gear is off, the rear will be super raked with a 2" progressive spring. But it could be perfect during 3 seasons. Your thoughts? Do you have recommendation for leaf spring company with great customer service?

I went with firestone air bag, viair onboard air system, and a pneumatic switch. Easily the #1 upgrade I did to my truck. I also added bilstein 5100s all around to lift the front a little.
