How much weight do you carry in your bed?

Mine looked exactly the same with my cap and tool box weighing about 300-400 lbs. I added a Roadmaster Active Suspension and that basically put it back to the stock arch. Edit: The stock arch is only very slightly arched up. It looks like yours might be slightly negative.

Mine looked exactly like that until I installed airbags for towing. 5-7 psi minimum gives me a healthy looking arch, but that is how they looked basically when my truck was new as well.

Here's mine with ~ 300 lbs in the bed and RAS helper springs. The arch is just barely positive, which I think is close to stock.

If you’re worried, put a $100 AAL in, you’ll get some arch, 1.5” lift and you keep the overload.
