Looking to keep factory ride height. They will be couples to a set of Bilstein 5100s.... likely putting on a heavier rear bumper to match the front im putting on with the rebuild. My leaf are simply laying flat as a board.

Could be wrong but I think the only way to get a full leaf pack that sits at factory height is to call someone like Alcan and get one custom made. Most aftermarket leaf packs will give at least a small amount of lift, and the majority are 1.5" or more. Or you can keep an eye on the 3rd gen for sale ads and check for someone taking off their stock pack.

Honestly an inch lift wouldn't be too terrible in the back...I usually have a decent amount of weight in the back of my truck anyway...plus the heavier bumper will help.

    What would be your recommendation?

Icon RXT pack might be a decent option. Depends on your loadout. Most other full packs are going to give 2" or more so there aren't many options for less lift.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Honestly, what you're looking for might be accomplished with a simple add-a-leaf. Won't add a bunch of lift, but will give you a little more weight capacity.

stock height is probably 3 leafs. Don't know what rockauto has
but besides that you could put a single AAL, or progressive AAL

that'll give you some lift, without a lot of lift
that may work for your use given the bumper and weight

and without the issues of a spacer

    All the time!!!
I did the 1 1/2” add a leafs and it did just exactly that, and I’m lifted 3” on the front, now mine rig is perfectly level. So that will raise you that much, not sure of anything that would help you except for just a 1/2” block.IMG_3659.jpg IMG_3146.jpg

Save yourself a bunch of heartache and just do the leaf replacement. You really don't want to do this 3 times like i did. Icons will be best, as they'll improve your ride without a lot of lift. Of course when you start using your truck like a truck you'll just add or replace a leaf as needed.

Oh one more thing...Add A Leafs suck.

I’ve been doing a lot of research on this myself, like OP i have a reg cab 4 cyl. One thing to navigate is that our trucks are have much less junk in the trunk (~4100 lbs for base 4x4 dc auto vs ~3400 lbs for base 4x4 rc auto).

Think i’ll be looking for some 3rd gen takeoffs myself but still in decision phase.

Based on the timing it was taken it must have been my much loved LG phone. I can't remember the model but I think LG is out of the phone game anyway.

After looking at the picture I see that was sarcasm!

Are the third Gen and 2nd Gen leaf springs interchangeable?

Is it worth using the factory bushings or just replace them?

OP, do you like to gamble?

If yes, buy springs based off what you think the truck might weigh + what different posters suggest each leaf pack might do.

Practically though, build your truck with whatever bumpers and winch you want. Then weigh it. Only with accurate weights can you accurately get a leaf pack for your truck.
