I looked around but couldn't find a thread on this. I happened to look under my rear end last night and noticed one of the clamps on my leaf pack has been rubbing the inside of the shock body on the drivers side... Has anybody else experienced this? The leafs also seem slightly spread out on that side, rather than neatly packed in a line. Not sure if this is a common issue when going to 2.5 shocks in the rear or an issue with the All Pro leaf pack itself. Any help is appreciated!!

It looks like if you take that bolt out and cut that retaining clamp off it may clear.
Are the leafs installed front to back properly?

Welcome to the baggage of fitting aftermarket parts from different mfrs. ;)

One solution is to countersink the hole and use a flat-head screw like this:

While you're there, make sure the front clamp bolt tip isn't digging into the fuel tank ;)

Looks like a mfg discrepancy vs the pictures on All-Pro's web site. The rear clamp (identifiable being on the second leaf from the bottom) should be the wraparound type, with no bolt: exp-sp2_5s.jpg

Springs are in the correct direction per All Pro's site. Thought about cutting the clamp but wasn't sure if that would cause other issues.

Exactly, so on mine the front two clamps are the wrap around style and the rear two are the bolted type and stick way up.

OP hasn't been seen since February so he may not respond.

I installed DAKAR leaf springs on my 2012 last year so I'll jump in and attempt to help. The only way I could see the shock rubbing the springs is if something is bent or the springs weren't lined up and torqued good and now something in the rear suspension has shifted. Did you use a torque wrench? I'm assuming the shock wasn't rubbing when you installed it?
