Leaf springs

So I got a letter about rear leaf spring recall . I made a appointment tomorrow but here's the thing I bought the truck 2 years ago it's a 06 Tacoma sport with a small lift .. It has the original rear factory shocks but big tires. I got under the truck and counted 4 leaf spring .. So idk if the previous owner added a leaf spring to make room for the bigger tires or it came with 4 leaf spring straight from the factory .. My leaf spring make a sqeeky sound when I drive and get in and out of my truck and I check and one has moved out of place .. So if anybody knows if it came with 3 or 4 leaf spring.. I don't want it to be void cues the previous owner added a leaf spring
