Was out and about all day in the rain in my 19 tacoma. On my way home this evening my wife said "something is dripping on my foot". I looked and sure enough there was water at the front of the passenger side floor mat. Has anybody else had this problem or know what could possibly by wrong?

I had that a couple of times when the drain from the fan box was blocked.
I replaced my cabin filter and blew out the drain. The drain comes out just above the frame on the RH side in the engine compartment on a 2nd gen anyway

Your outer air cabin intake, below you’re windshield wipers. Water has been known to get in.

So it's this something the dealer needs to look at or is it normal for it to happen at times?

I would say it's a dealer warranty issue.

Don't ignore it! Water damage in carpet is a PAIN and is never the same once it mildews!
