    that's a very minimal seep op. did it develop or did you have it in the shop before you noticed it? try spraying brake cleaner and wiping off the gear oil. see if it comes back. worst case from your pic is that you need a new washer.

    I’ve had crush washers last multiple oil changes, while others leaked right away. Get yourself a new washer and top up the fluid. Nothing to worry about.

    +1 on using brake cleaner to confirm whether the source of the leak has been fixed.
