FINAL UPDATE: dealership pushed the delivery of the windshield back another week after I called on the 27th. After I got off the phone with them I immediately called the number for arbitration that's in our user manual package. The number is for arbitration or for any customer service complaints. I opened up a claim, told them about the scratches that were there and how when I called and asked whats going on the customer service rep got really defensive and unhelpful. Corporate seemed very interested in helping and the dealerships customer manager called me the next day and said they had the window now, and they setup an appointment that week. I had the car back the next day and the scratches on my dash were fixed. BEWARE of Magic Toyota in Lynwood Washington. I'm not sure if they purposefully scam but they definitely aren't concerned about getting a good product back to their customer. Thanks all that tuned in and gave advice! the stock Toyota glass is MUCH better than what they gave me.

Are you sure it's the glass seal leaking? Is it possible that the water is entering around the roof rack mounting holes?

it has weather stripping over the mounting holes and I haven't looked at the brake light. I'm taking it in for an independent test today, as far as I know this was a stock vehicle and I bought it certified pre owned. The dealer has replaced the glass each time and the same area gets saturated. I'll check the brake light seal and mounting holes after work today, see if its something that easy.

Dealers don't do glass it's all done by a glass shop and for good reason. You will not get the glass out with out breaking it, it's held in with serious glue there again for good reason they don't want you going out with it during a wreck it is considered structural.

it was definitely outsourced to a local shop but for whatever reason, this leak keeps coming back. I had it checked by a windshield installer and the seal and install is good...no clue where this leak could be from. I checked the GPS antenna, the rear brake light, and the weather stripping which all seem to be ok.
