From the looks of it they will smooth the dent, fill and respray the panel. I doubt it will get a bedside.

Possible, a good body shop will weigh whether the metal will stretch too much popping it out. But not just fill it with bondo.

    Just bought it!
I've got a few marks on my rear right wheel flare from people who skimmed the side of my truck when it was parallel parked at my old house. I may be able to rub them out, but yes, people are definitely obnoxious.

Nah... the worst part about a lane ending is the state was nice enough to let you know at least a mile back that the lane would come to and end but I guess those are just suggestions to most people. It really rustles my jimmies.

Come to MA, they give you about 30' notice of lanes ending, construction, etc. They are by far the worst state I've ever lived in as far as notifying drivers of traffic changes ahead. Couple that with all the asshat drivers in this state and you've got yourself an exciting commute!

Heh I will give you that, it's understandable. There are a few lanes like this here but they have been that way for years with no end in sight, yet the same people do the same shit every morning.

Your composite bed is probably a little different (and harder to pop dents out of being plastic-like) but I was quoted about $750 to fix a bunch of dents a kid punched into one of my bedsides. They weren't as deep as yours but there was a lot of them, I don't recall whether or not they were gonna replace the bedside or just pop them out.

Never went through with it, apparently "I don't remember it so it didn't happen" holds up in a police interview so we never had enough evidence to act on anything. Another kid I live with had to replace a whole fender and headlight and it cost him $1300 from the same incident.

    The bedsides are metal.

People are so ignorant about merging here in Colorado the CDOT had to put up signs on I-70 in a lane closure to one lane saying "USE BOTH LANES TO MERGE", then a second one after that saying, "USE BOTH LANES TO MERGE POINT THEN MATCH SPEED TO MERGE".

For some reason fools think you should all line up in one lane for a mile or so, and if somebody tries to drive up to the merge point they should be cut off before they get there.

So...what I'm getting from this is, you saw him/her trying to merge on to the highway and yet you still decided to:
    A: Block him/her
    B: Ride along side him/her
    C: Not change lanes

yup, deal with that every morning on the way to work. I go slow though, so i don't get as annoyed, but when i'm driving the wife's car that's a different story.

Some real idiots on the road these days.
