If anyone is looking to lease a Tacoma and is willing to travel or pay shipping costs from the Philly area, go to leasehackr and lookup Jim. Super easy to work with and was by far the easiest dealership experience that I have ever had. Did everything over the phone, flew to Philadelphia and was in and out of the dealership and on my way back to Colorado in 30 minutes. There is quite a bit of June inventory available and the rates are quite good.

I'm not seeing a money factor anywhere. You won't know if you're getting a good deal without that disclosed. The easiest way to get a feeling for what you should be paying is to go to Edumnds Jeep leasing forum. You can write the details of what you're looking for, i.e. Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, 12k/48 month lease, and your zip code. You will get a response with the MF and residual for your specific area.

Dodge dealers are complete scumbags. Just picked up the wife a brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee last weekend. We were surprised to find out freight and PDI etc. were charged over and above the vehicle price. I did not realize "All-in-pricing" was a thing here in Alberta which means they only thing they can add to the price is tax. Reviewed the Monroney sticker and found we already paid this in the price of the vehicle. Tore a strip out of the salesman and new car manager and now my wife is picking up a cheque for $2,200 CAD tonight from the dealership. My experience with Toyota last year was absolutely amazing so we were extremely disappointed in how idiotic Dodge was.

It looks like a reasonable deal. if you're @ less than 1% of msrp per month you're doing it right.
72% residual is also strong. Current stupid economic conditions non withstanding.

Many reasons, in some states there is not tax credit on trade ins for example and people like to have new cars every 3 years. At which point you save significant sales TAX

    Somewhere hot, flat and brown.
This. Frankly if you don’t have the money factor, you are flying blind.

All in pricing is only a thing in Quebec. AB definitely isn't. FCA does put Freight on their sticker as do most manufacturers, but typically dealers have their own software and have that fee hard wired in their system. Of course total should match the sticker.

Courtesy Chrysler treated me great when I got my Wrangler. 0 issues with them. There was another FCA dealer downtown that was the cringiest place I even stepped foot into though... So it's hit and miss I guess.

OP, 72% residual on 48 month lease is crazy high. But yeah I don't see the money factor. Seems like a low monthly payment compared to price of vehicle though.

Great deal! I got $350ish/mo on a '21 4Runner OffRoad with minimum driveoffs (TTL).

I love leasing Toyota trucks because you can actually make money selling them back!

Yep I have 8 months left on the lease, I may be able to sell this one and the lease will have cost me nothing.

48 month lease is too long. Go with 36 or less.

Agreed...general rule of thumb is to lease no longer than the length of the door to door factory warranty.

We most certainly do have all in pricing. This was rather evident by how quick they were to offer me a cheque to take care of this. Do you think any dealership would have done this had they been onside? Here is a link from AMVIC confirming this.

If you go on the Toyota webisite you will see that Quebec is the only province that has a build and price section where Freight and PDI are included automatically. Every other province you have to click a checkmark to add in Freight and PDI. That's what I meant. In Alberta dealers can break those fees out if they choose. If you go to any Honda/Toyota dealer and look at the bill of sale you will see that Freight and PDI are on a separate line.
