If you go on the Toyota webisite you will see that Quebec is the only province that has a build and price section where Freight and PDI are included automatically. Every other province you have to click a checkmark to add in Freight and PDI. That's what I meant. In Alberta dealers can break those fees out if they choose. If you go to any Honda/Toyota dealer and look at the bill of sale you will see that Freight and PDI are on a separate line.

If you read the AMVIC link you would see that this refers to dealership advertising. Not prices by the manufacturer. You are correct in that aspect. However if a vehicle is listed on a dealerships website for $XX,XXX it must contain all fees and charges minus GST and finance charges. This was evident by the fact the dealership promptly cut us a cheque for the freight, PDI and doc fee.
