    Ok..I know the small set of wires going to the seatbelt clasp are for the seatbelt signal

    What is this set of wires going to the back of the seat for.
    I don’t think it’s for a heater because these are cloth seats

    anybody now?

    Super late reply. Sorry. That is for the seat heater. I finally got around to doing my t4r sport conversion and the seat I bought had the heating element and that same wire. Apparently they don't have to be leather to be heated. This is how my seat looks now and will be going in next week. :)

    Occupancy sensor.

    96-00 3rd gen 4Runners never got heated seats from the factory. I think Limited model 01-02s got them but were super fricken rare apparently.

    Oh wow! That might be right! I swear what I pulled off of my seat looked exactly like coils. Oops! Sorry for the misinformation.
