Find a good driving suit, and where it when you drive your Tacoma.

Loved the seat covers, but I had to clean them all the time as my truck smelled like a gym bag because everyone sweated to death on those seat covers. Granted I was living in PHX, but those things were like heated seats.

Only thing, I can suggest as others have is use a towel or remove the leather seats and go back to fabric.

Leather, faux leather, or plastic... they are all the same.... you WILL sweat...(some people don't..that's great for them)...

I do not understand why anyone would pay a lot more $ for leather seats.... they look good... they do that...!! BUT they are the most uncomfortable pieces of shit I've ever seen.... My Sister has a leather couch... I'll sit on the floor rather than grace her $10,000.00 couch with MY presence...

The Taco fabric seats are very good quality and do not need protection unless you are a real messy slob, or something...!

Trade those leather seats to someone who wants the "look" and get his/her fabric seats in return..... You will not regret it man..

EDIT... Hey OP... DO NOT SHAVE YOUR BACK..! You will stick to the leather so bad, you'll need a pry bar to exit the truck..!!

I'm tempted to take off my wet okoles. They are so much uglier than the factory seats.

As for cooled seats. My dad's rover has those. They are so weird. It's like you are laying in water or something.

Set up a perforated leather seat and cooling option. Like the one standard in my LTZ.

Is your truck parked outside in the sun and its heating up the interior? Ventshades?

    Cheap Option
Towel, seatcovers, or tshirt on the seat just to prevent the leather from getting too hot?

    Expensive Option:
Someone had mentioned cooled seats/ or cooling units?

    Or how about.....
Install a Remote Start so you can start it and get A/C running before you get in.

Yeah... buy the leather then spend $ trying to offset the results of Freakin' leather and trying to mimic the feel of fabric seats........ Makes no sense !!
OP... trade your seats with Guerrilla.. Sounds like he does not sweat...... BUT be careful... smell them first, as I believe his seats "might" smell like Fritos of Mac's Fries...!! Good luck with that.. :puke:

No shit. We got leather furniture a few months ago. Only took a couple days to regret that decision. I want my old furniture back. :(

I have leather in my car and put wet okoles in my taco. I'm fine if I use the ac in the summer. I won't get leather again you gotta clean and condition it or it scratches and cracks.

You guys are hilarious. I have quite a few good laughs from your posts. Luckily, I have no back hair issues, but the seat issues remain. I'll check out the auto-cooler suggestions. I may go low tech for a little while using a seat cover. Thank you!!

I had a Honda accord with leather seats for 10 years and didn't have this bad of an issue.
