I purchased some led lights to put lower on the front to come on when the DRL are on.
these Led Accent lights have tree wires RED,BLACK,YELLOW.
I tied together the RED wires and ran them to the fuse block.
I put the BLACKS together and run to ground.
I put a add a fuse and put it to the 10 A DRL circuit. It comes on but it stays on if the lights are on or off "Stays on all the time even if the power is off."
Is there something i should do with the YELLOW wires? I don't have them to a switch and don't want to.
Please help me figure this out.

I think the drl fuse spot is hot all the time meaning it has power all the time. My guess is the yellow wire meant for a switch or relay.

Yellow wire on the lights is probably another led circuit or brightness. Ie power to yellow for 1/2 brightness power to red for full brightness. Or power the yellow for 1/2 the LEDs to light up, and power to red and yellow for all LEDs to light up. (Potential different color as well). But the yellow is NOT the problem you’re trying to solve so ignore that for the moment.
You’ve tapped the DRL power at the wrong side of the relay (or switch), or picked up the wrong fuse, that’s all. Easiest fix would be to tap into the DRL power down by the actual OEM light. Or get out a wiring diagram and see where the DRL power is actually switched and/or fused. I’m sure someone knows off the top of their head the best place to tap for DRL power with the amount of Raptor lights people have on this forum.

Be nice if you post more info on the workings of the added LED's. Like the always HOT tap to fused block. Could be it needs fused IGN. And the DRL tap, PM @daveeasa for a no cut tap to the DRL harness.
