just purchased a LED bar and harness. Trying to figure out where/how do I run the switch from under the hood to inside the cab? Any help would be great.

One option is the Rubber grommet above left foot driver side. You can also see it under hood on firewall (on right side ) I used long toothpick taped to my wires and ran through that way.

There's a little nipple you can cutoff at the gourmet so you can pass the wires through

Charpen a piece of coat hanger wire and pierce the outside of the grommet away from the large wire bundle. Push barbed pins back out of connector, mark their positions. Tape the wire to the coathanger and pull back through the grommet. This will make a tight fit around the wire and won't leak. Redo your connector and done.

straighten out a metal coat hangar, pop in through the grommet, hook the other end around the end of your harness. put some electrical tape around it with a pea sized dab of grease and itll pop right thru. done this MANY times

I know in my experience the little nipple on the main firewall harness grommet was way the hell up underneath everything and basically clamped off by the main harness. I had a hell of a time running a 8gauge wire through that thing. On my most recent wiring project I opted for the grommet near the brake system/brake booster as seen in the thread @ChemDawg linked above. Way easier, you just have to cut a whole into the grommet to run your wires. It pops out through some carpet liner on the inside of the cab right behind the steering column basically.
