2008 Toyota tacoma

Led bar exhaust air bags

So I have a 08 Tacoma I bought it with a 50 inch light bar already installed it works but it’s dim it’s wired into my brights it’ll only come on if my brights are on checked all my connections and fuses nothing seems to be wrong so I think it might just be the light bar itself but I’m also having a driver side fog light issue anyone have any advice I’d sure appreciate it

Is the power supply tapped into the highs vs using the signal from the highs to trigger a relay?
