LED bulb choices over stock halogen

from my experience and by reading the Bulb sticky we have in the forum. projector housing don't like all of them LED lights there are. this is why the h9 is a common OEM style update keeping halogen. when i had my sonata i swapped the normal halogen for mid tier LED although they where brighter the distance was really bad since the LED was not filament matched. for the tacoma it seems like a hand full of LED ( really expensive) will give you a good pattern. or you can choose HIDs. this is the route i took. 2 HID kits for like 30 bucks each at Amazon. they are brighter than stock and it they have more distance.

 

nah men Amazon have cheap HID. review says they may not be as weather proof as they say but if you put them in the right place and position (wires facing down as up in the engine bay as posible) they should last. 5 month no issues.
