Do they get their own switch or what are they wired to?

The cargo switch is on the bottom left drivers side of the dash. It is a 3 position switch with a picture of a truck on it. 1st position off, 2nd position turns on cargo with interior lights, and 3rd turns then on immediately.

I didn't mean that cargo light. I mean the accessory lights you can add on.

Side note, only the DC trucks have a cargo light. AC trucks have a red 3rd brake light.

I think he might be asking about LED bed lights that go under the bed rails.

Installed. Perfect. They operate along with the other lights and switches.

So, even though you can haul more....cargo - you don't get a cargo light?

Don't the DC trucks also have a 3rd brake light? I don't understand.

Sorry if I'm being thick, but can someone elaborate on this statement?

    Thanks..................... Frank

The dealer installer handled it. The kit attaches to the switch in the dash, that let's it work along with the others.

I will be installing some white Christmas LEDs (may as well get them during the season) using the beds AC outlet to power them. under the Lo Pro.

Gonna try to install them under the rails.

My softopper blocks my cargo light so I was thinking of rigging up a string of white led Christmas lights until I get a permanent solution figured out. Going to target in a moment to see what I can find.

This is the worst time to buy christmas lights. You can get them hella cheap on Amazon, though. You'll get like 50 feet of 200 LED lamps for 8 bucks

We're only talking about a couple bucks. I'd rather just pick them up in store and not have to wait for them.

The kit connects to here. The cargo light button in front of your left knee.

Which wiring diagram did you follow? I have not pulled the dash apart yet but seems like the tundra guide might be more useful since it has the cargo light switch?
