    guys, I bought my LED bulbs from @csjumper2003 years ago and he solders a small resistor to them. no issues.

    also, search is your friend on the forums, there are many many posts about this :D

    while I agree there should have been more to read as well. Maybe it's just me but I'll read through 5-10 different posts on the same thing before I post :notsure:

    I have replaced every bulb (except headlights) on my 2000 PreRunner with LEDs purchased from SuperBrightLEDs and every one works perfectly (first time!) without any resistor or such, including those that dim (in the dash). My flashers hyperflash and I like it that way, and SuperBrightLEDs sells a solution for hyperflash if you want it.
    SuperBrightLEDs has a lot of good information, and they answer technical inquiries quickly and well. For example, did you know that a taillight with a red LED with 10 lumens in a red lens will be brighter than a white LED with 50 lumens in a red lens? Find it at SuperBrightLEDs! Do you need an LED that throws light at an arc of 120 degrees, or an arc of 360 degrees? Find out at SuperBrightLEDs.
