LED - DRL and turn signal bulb install

2015 Tacoma TRD4x4

2015 Tacoma
Have installed Silvania 4157 and 3157 LED turn signal replacement bulbs. Cannot get the DRL and Turn Signals to operate simultaneously. LED bulb turned 1 way operates DRL. Turned the bulb around and the turn signals operate. But both will not operate together.
Open to suggestions.
