    Hey all,
Just in case anyone out there is looking to get a set of fog lights for their tacoma, My truck thankfully was prewired. So I was able to buy a switch, relay, and fog lamps.

The switch came from aironboard.com 20$ illuminated. Its a direct OEM fit, not oem plug and play, had to cut the factory connector off and connect the switch up which comes with a connector and wires to rig up. But its clean looking once installed. Picture added below.

The fog lamp bracket i got from Rigid Industries ( local dealer) and LED pods i got from Amazon, 80 for the brackets and only like 35 bucks for the led pods. Thinking they will be for offroad use only or possibly roads without traffic. They aim kind of high for fogs. Rigid sells a DOT approved led pod fogs but its like 300$ maybe one day. All in probably took me 1.5 hours to install these. I snagged the watertight clips off an old HID kit so they would clean clip into the factory fog lamp plugs.
Out the door i spent around 150 on this.

I like that switch! Does the back lighting match the other switches? I have a compressor switch that looks OME, however the backlighting is different.

I ordered 3 of them i got them in blue as my truck is blue and wanted the top 3 switch blanks to be all blue, They have blue green and i believe the orange to match OEM i think. They clip right in perfectly. they have a backlight plus when you push it the fog lamp picture lights up as well. they click in really nice. So far really happy with it. They have a compresssor badged switch as well. I ordered fog, led light bar, and offroad light switches.

By any chance do you have a picture or diagram of how you wired the switch?

Do you have one of these switches from aironboard ? or plan on getting one ? they come with a little 4 wire harness that clips into the switch. you just have to cut off the oem clip and connect the 4 from that to the 4 coming from the switch. or you could buy the oem switch where it's plug and play for 90 bucks

So i changed my fogs from those cube ones in the rigid industries mounts to the Morimoto XB lights. Wanted some that were "street legal" Theyre much more focused and aimed towards the ground. Better for not getting a ticket i suppose. More light output? Maybe.. Company Customer service. Morimoto is totally useless. If youre buying anything from them, 100% make sure you have everything you need because i found them to be totally useless.
