LED halo Projector headlight problem

    Just blacked out my emblems the other day with some stuff called plasti dip?? Its awesome just peels of where you miss and the rest sticks on!

    But back to the headlights! blitton08: how did you get the halos so bright? thats like a BMW halo.. If you could let me know how you did that and what bulbs you used that would be so thankful!
    Well i got 15k cause i like the blue alot! but due to visibility i might switch to 10k so i dont loose to much blue haze but still can see at night 30 yards away haha

    i actually didnt do anything besides install what came in the box. i havent changed any bulbs yet but in the daytime you cannot see my halos, theyre just too dim. Who did you purchase your lights from?

    I got them online from CarID. Its a great site with alot of tech support! Just the way the halos were made are cheap, but it should'nt be to hard to stick some higher quality LED's in the sockets as a replacement just need to find the time for it.

    Trd Cold Air Intake, Window Tint, Grillcraft mesh grille, Halo Projector Headlights 6000k HIDs, LED Tail lights, Aero Turbine 2525 Exhaust, Python Alarm/Remote Start, Ipod interface, 3" OME Suspension lift, Camburg B/J UCAs
    I don't know if anyone mentioned this previously or not but if you want your halos to be bright make sure you buy the CCFL halo headlights they're "cold cathode fluorescent" lights that put out a bright white color for the halos. Otherwise any other aftermarket halo headlights you buy will be very dim. I have pics of mine on my page If you want to see their light output .
