Hello- Have a 2021 Tacoma OR and I swapped out the headlights to OEM LED's. Harness all connected, super easy. Issue I'm having is passenger front turn signal blinks once quickly then shuts off. Getting rapid blinks on the mirror sequential and rear tail light. Driver side works fine. All connectors are hooked up correctly and tight. Any one have any solutions on this?

I'm guessing you may have LED bulbs in the rear turns or modified mirror turns or a switchback turn/reverse bulb in the 921 spot on the taillights?
Generally speaking, hyperflashing is an indication that resistive load is too little and no turn at all is an indication that resistive load is too much.
You have to either add or remove resistance to address this.
Normal configurations with high quality switchbacks typically don't require extra resistors but each truck can behave differently and the SR's / SR5's tend to be super finicky on this matter.
VLR 25's are the go to when adding resistance, typically at the taillight as the headlights _shouldn't_ really need it.
