Can anyone recommend a conversion kit to replace the halogen headlamps and fog lights on my 2023 SR5? My 2020 had LEDs and the difference is really significant. Thanks!

Rexing front and rear dash camera, some LEDs, Weathertech HP floor liners/vent shades/bug deflector/underseat storage bin, OEM Ford bed mat, Diode Dynamics SS3 Pros in selective yellow, Diode Dynamics 18" light bar in amber and universal Carhartt seat covers. Bak Revolver X4S tonneau cover. Android Auto USB plug upgrade! H11 to H9. Sound deadened/insulated floors and rear wall. VLED license plate reverse light. Yokohama GO15s. Rokblokz mud flaps. "Custom" 3in Flowmaster Super 50 Series cat back with a 3in Speedys Snap resonator. J&L catch can. AMP Powersteps
Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro fog light kits would be a good upgrade!

There is no better LED headlight for Tacomas than a factory LED headlight.

Yep, if not the OEM headlights, Hikari or Morimotor 2stroke 3.0s have been tested as the next best option..for LEDs that is. Phillips H9 are still the best option to go with and brighter...and like $10 a bulb.

H9 are not brighter than LED. I have cars running H9, HIR1 and factory LED.

Not brighter than factory LEDs, but better than the drop in LED bulbs, is what I meant.

Got it. Drop in LED bulbs also do not focus the same as H9, they create more glare and put light right in the front of the vehicle, projecting to less than half the distance of H9, in my experience.
I wish there was an HIR bulb that could be modified to run in H11 place. Wife's RAV4 now has HIR1 in low and high beam positions, and they work REALLY nice in projector headlights.

Indeed, that's why I recommended the only two LED bulbs that have proven to be *similar* to halogen bulb output - beam pattern and intensity-wise. Give at least some kind of direction for a better drop in bulb as most people go that route ya know.
