Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the forum. I have a 2WD 05 double cab long bed. My lights have hazed up and I've already scubbed those out several times to fix that. I'm looking to upgrade to better looking housing if possible and brighter lights like HID. I've looked at Spyder, but not sure if HID can be adapted to them. I know projectors may look good but not necessarily brighter like HID, true? Would just replaceing with new stock lenses and adapting HID to them be good enough? Any thoughts/help? Thanks for any input.

Came in and installed. I'll start a new thread on the entire install process in a hour or so since it is pretty picture intensive. Quick review. They are bright though it is hard to tell in the daytime. Install took maybe 30 mins. Will detail further in a few.

I got some LED headlights from csjumper and love them. I also have the LED dtrl's (switchbacks), LED parking, LED fog all in bright white and they throw some serious light imo. I can definitely tell when my brights are on (both LEDS on). I could probably drive around at night with just my fogs on and be able to see.

How's the difference going from low to high?

I am having the same experience with the Lifetime LED's. It's like there is no high beam, and I rely on a good high beam for driving country roads at night.

The LED headlights that I got from csjumper utilize the whole reflector bowl. When brights are on both top and bottom LED's are on. When low beams only the top LED is on.

These are the same way, it's just that they don't throw far at all. The stock headlight throw farther on high.
