Hello I have a 2016 Toyota Tacoma SR two wheel drive 2.7. I installed OPT-7 LEDs with no risistor. They work fine for the high and low beams. I tried installing turn signals and Led brakes and I get hyper flashing when I turn on the headlights not when they are off. Can I please get some help. The LEDs in tried installing were. I have the basic cluster panel. No color display just plain Meter.

You'll need a new LED Flasher relay. The relays in they aren't meant to handle LED so it's thinking the bulb is dying. I picked one up at Napa for $10

EDIT: Did some searching, looks like the 3rd gens don't have an external relay for flashers. Looks like it's built into the cluster itself.

You'll need to get resistors and install them to get rid of the hyper flash.

I have front LED blinkers and when I installed the rear LED blinkers, I got hyper flash (only on one side). Installing this resistor fixed it right up.

Needs a resistor, basically too much current reaching the bulb due to the LEDs having a lower resistance than stock, hyper flashing is the result of the increased power. Either buy something like above or buy resistors yourself and solder them in line to the LED.
